I loved seeing ellen she is such an Amazing
Comedian and you people get all of the
money thing out of your minds you can see
that she is an amazing person.

VIEWED ON TV
I didn’t pay or travel to see her, but
With all of the negativity going on in
this time, I found her performance,
fun and uplifting.

FIRST TIME IN SEATTLE, FIRST TIME SEEING ELLEN
We made our first trip to Seattle from Caney, KS (right on the
Oklahoma/Kansas state line) just for the show and we had so much
fun!! The only disappointment was that the show had to come to an
end!
We were completely prepared for the security, etc. as we received
very detailed emails prior to the show. It was actually funny
watching everyone pre-show having to talk face-to-face!
I am in a wheelchair and the staff was very accommodating and
helpful. My wheelchair somehow got wedged in our rental car, and
the kind gentleman working in the parking garage helped us (thank
you, again!!!)
The venue is beautiful; located right in the heart of Seattle. We had
third row seats, but it appeared that every seat in the place would
provide a good view.
Although Ellen had a 15 year hiatus, she picked right up where she
left off. We felt fortunate to be a part of her come-back tour and
hope that she continues to do more!
Thanks for a great time, Seattle and hopefully the smoke clears
soon!

HAD A BLAST!!!
My 3 daughters and myself were fortunate
to be able to get tickets to see An Evening
With Ellen DeGeneres on Thursday evening.
We laughed so much we'r had tears coming
down our eyes! So glad they didn't allow cell
phones! Was nice not to have arms raised up
in front of you holding phones and
recording! We could actually see Ellen and
enjoy the show!! Totally worth seeing!!

WE NEEDED POSITIVE VIBES
Ellen lifted us all up. We are tired from smoke, politics, grieving orcas,
etc. Then Ellen came and for a hilarious hour and a half we were lifted
up, our burdens gone. She is even more lovable in person. I am so glad
I was able to attend. Thank you Ellen for a fabulous night in Seattle.

LONG ROAD TO GET HERE
My daughter and I flew here yesterday from
Montgomery AL just for the show. We were not
disappointed. We have tried numerous times
to get show tickets with no luck. So happy we
were able to see her live.

GREAT FUN
Great, clever and cute show. Evening full of laughter and fun. Started only 15 minutes
late, and was an hour and fifteen minute show followed by 20 minutes of questions and
answers. Let us know by email and internet that no cell phones would be allowed, and
security would be tight. No disappointment here. Wonderful, fun evening, so glad I had
an opportunity to go.

TKES NO CHANCES - CHECK OUT HANNAH GADSBY SPECIAL
Would not recommend.
You can't help but laugh at Ellen's jokes- she still has a way of taking small observations and
stringing them into a running joke. Ellen tried to bring some meaning into the evening by
taking about everything she lost when she came out. But that was 20 years ago!
Ellen didn't break any new ground, and drew heavily, at times directly, from her old
routines. Has she learned nothing in the past 20 years? Is there nothing going on today that
she could use to build a little more meaningful observation?
Ellen seemed to rely on fan goodwill, and the fans delivered lots of love. But in retrospect the
show's theme of how rich yet relatable she is seemed lazy and shallow.
The Hannah Gadsby special literally changed the way I relate to people. That is a level of
honesty and reflection that represents the best kind of humor. Check it out.

JUST OK
If you want to hear Ellen talk about how much
money she has then this is the show for you.
Not many of her jokes made me laugh. I was
happy because...it’s Ellen, but I feel it was weak
as a stand up show. Disappointed I spent so
much money actually. I don’t have as much as
Ellen and she sure did remind me of it often.
Should have watched it on Netflix.

RIP OFF
I love Ellen so much and hate writing this, but this show left such a bitter taste in my mouth that I felt compelled to do so. We paid $250 each to see Ellen perform. First they lock up our cell phones, which was very unsettling, then Ellen is 30 minutes late coming on. Finally the guy comes out to say she's coming on soon and informed us they we were not to yell anything out to Ellen even if it's "I love you Ellen"! What??? Really? Then she performed for 1 hour. Come on, $250 for a 1 hour performance, you've got to be kidding me! What an utter disappointment and rip off of $500 of our very hard earned money.

TOO MUCH HISTORY NOT STAND UP
Stand Up should be edgier , less safe than her show.
Dissapointed
