Named by Variety as one of the Top Ten Comics To Watch, Illinois native Matteo Lane has cemented his global popularity with appearances on Netflix's "Stand Out", a celebration of the best of LGBTQ+ comedy, as well as appearances alongside Aziz Ansari and Chelsea Handler among others.
Switching careers from local singer to local comedian on the Chicago scene in 2011, Lane's big breaks came when he appeared on MTV's Guy Codes, Ladylike and Joking Off. He has since gone on to global superstardom and, as well as his side-splitting routines, is known as a vocal advocate of the gay community.

Loved Matteo show!
Great show last night and really enjoyed it. I was slightly disappointed there want more audience interaction but it was worth every penny to see him live! He’s a special Guy and so great to have a truly gay comedy superstar come to town and share with us! The theatre is amazing. ... Read more
