Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, founding members Groovie Mann and Buzz McCoy met while touring with industrial metal band Ministry. Originally intending to create an art film, also titled My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult, the two quickly changed direction and formed the band. Combining industrial and electronic music, with hints of disco and funk, the group formed a truly unique sound which can only truly be appreciated live on stage!
