Red Velvet Star Shines Solo!

Wendy, vocalist of K-pop sensations Red Velvet, is stepping into the spotlight of her own accord with her tour of North America this fall! Wendy becomes the first Red Velvet member to launch a solo career, after the group helped to shape K-pop across the past decade with chart-topping smash hits such as Red Flavor, Power Up and Psycho. Wendy's debut mini-album Like Water in 2021 showed she could make it outside of Red Velvet, earning both commercial success and critical praise and her latest effort Cerulean Verge went into the top-10 upon its release. She has contributed to original soundtracks, including Start-Up, and has collaborated with global stars including John Legend and Ricky Martin. Outside of music, Wendy has also charmed audiences on television, hosting variety shows, judging reality roles and voicing Wani in the Korean-language dub of Trolls World Tour.
