Devo can still go, and not only can they still go, but they also sound genuinely spectacular.

new wave gamechangers
American art-rock icons Devo hit the road this year on tour once more! Since forming in 1973 their avant-garde approach to popular music has pushed the boundaries of what a traditional "band" could be. Whether incorporating electronics and synthesizers before it was hip, using satirical humor in their songs or of course wearing their iconically wacky jumpsuit outfits and conical hats, their legacy has inspired entire musical movements and cultures, including new wave, synth-pop, and industrial music.
The five-piece includes three of the "classic line up" in Gerald Casale and brothers Mark and Bob Mothersbaugh, bolstered since 1996 by drummer Josh Freese (Nine Inch Nails, The Vandals, Guns N' Roses) and Josh Hager, who joined in 2014. The shows are just as energetic as ever, including era-defining hits "Whip It" and "Uncontrollable Urge", so don't miss out!
