American Conservatory Theatre presents its celebrated staging of Charles Dickens' festive tale for the final time before a 2024 refresh.
The story follows the cruel and miserly Ebenezer Scrooge, who hates Christmas and all the cheer that it brings. He's in for a big surprise on Christmas Eve though, when his sleep is disturbed the appearance of three ghosts, the spirits of Christmas Past, Present, and Future. Between them, they take Scrooge on three extraordinary journeys and help to show him the error of his ways.
Directing this year's adaptation is Peter J. Kuo, while film and television composer Karl Lundeberg provides the prominent score alongside Val Caniparoli's stunning choreography.
