Martin Sexton, the Syracuse-born singer-songwriter celebrated for his soulful folk-rock and impressive vocal range, is hitting the road with his Live Wide Open Tour to mark the 25th anniversary of his critically acclaimed double-live album. Kicking off March 13, 2026, in Key West, the tour stops in cities including Knoxville, Asheville, and Charlottesville!

Sexton has been hailed by Billboard as "the finest new male singer/songwriter of recent memory," as well as "a vocalist of amazing proficiency and sensual conviction." He found his love for music through the sounds of classic rock 'n' roll, finding old vinyls of his brother's that were left in the basement, and his fire was ignited. 

Over the years, Sexton has released a mix of studio and live albums, including Black Sheep, The American, Wonder Bar, Seeds, and Sugarcoating, alongside multiple live recordings. He founded his own independent label, Kitchen Table Records, and has continued to record and tour extensively, collaborating with other musicians in projects like The Martin Sexton Trio. His music blends folk, rock, and soul influences, and he has a reputation for engaging, intimate performances.
