Firstly be left with a spring in your step as you enjoy Bach's rousing and ever joyful E Major Violin Concerto, then experience Shostakovich's dark and stirring wartime Eighth Symphony, all lead by Alexander Barantischik on Violin and conducted by Juraj Valcucha.
