Assassins are the subject of this Tony-winning musical from Stephen Sondheim, namely those 13 wretched souls who've taken aim on US Presidents, and the four that were successful. Unusual stories to base a musical on, sure. But with typical Sondheim grace and wit, Assassins is a cult hit and will is set to be a highlight of the 2016/17 Bay Area Musical season.
