STS9 thrives on friction. This may be surprising coming from five musicians who think of themselves as a collective as much as a band. Known for pushing boundaries and mixing different genres and musical influences by using both acoustic and electricals means, leaving fans always guessing what to expect next from STS9. This year sees them hitting the road and bringing their high energy performances to town.

The brainchild of singer, songwriter and producer Ronan Harris, VNV Nation formed part of the 90as EDM wave in the UK. Fusing the heavy industrial sounds of his influences Nitzer Ebb and Front 252 with danceable synth hooks, orchestral music elements, poetic lyrics and indie electronica, Harris developed an ardent fan base across the dance floors of Europe and America thanks to the traction of critically praised debut album 'Advance and Follow' in 1995 and high energy live shows filled with positivity and uplifting moments.

Led by Canadian singer Mike Milosh, R&B project Rhye was originally formed with Danish producer Robin Hannibal, sparking a wave of intrigue after early tracks like "Open" and "The Fall" dropped with little information attached, which led to widespread speculation about the identity behind the music. Rhye's debut album, Woman, arrived in 2013 and was later longlisted for the Polaris Music Prize.

Members of legendary new-wave group Oingo Boingo return to the stage together for a run of special tour dates.
