The Kingdom of the Shades from La Bayadere, Act II
Natalia Makarova's 1990 version of this classic work from the legendary Pepita still thrills today. A grand and opulent scene, the warrior Solor is seduced by a dream like world in the Himalayas, where he is reunited with his dead lover Nikiya.
