While these folks decide to rate Willy with low ratings lets not forget he’s in his 80’s. At this point attending his concerts is a luxury! Let’s not forget Willie literally would hang out with president Carter in 1977. Willy was a sweet heart, it was a pleasure even seeing him and his long white hair! He really is trying very hard to keep up considering his age he did great. I can’t believe I got to see him perform live. 5/5 because I’ll always love me some Willie. Whether it’s Willie in his 30’s or Willie in his 80’s!

WILLIE NELSON AND ALISON KRAUSE SAVEMART CENTER
Show started out great!! Alison Krause was amazing!! However, after being excited to see Willie Nelson for the first time, we were greatly disappointed. As commented before, he had the audience sing his most famous lines. And his songs were more spoken than sung. I didn't get to hear the wonderful songs I've always enjoyed. I wish I saw him years ago before he seemed so uninterested.

ALISON WONDERFUL!
Willie not so much...even his band sucked.
Most songs unrecognizable. Had to leave
early, could not bear such a horrible
performance of rambling lyrics, bad guitar
solos, and him waitinf for audience to sing
his most famous lines. Painful to watch.

WILLIE NELSON ALISON KRAUSE NASHVILLE MAY 18, 2018
Hour and half rain delay. Alison wonderful as
expected. Willie was a disappointment.
Maybe it was the late hour, maybe age. He
didn't "sing" a single song. Just gravelly voice
said the words. It was ok I guess, but
definitely not worth the $200+ ticket price.
No encore instead said good night waved
and wandered aimlessly off stage. He knew
his performance wasn't worthy of an encore.
Rather disappointing.

WILLIE NELSON ALLISON KRAUS
The fans of Allison Kraus seemed to enjoy her performance. It was not my thing. I
thought she was more bluegrass, but instead basically played only country, gospel and
hymns.
Willie Nelson's performance was disappointing. He talked through his songs, and his
guitar was often behind, or ahead of, the beat. I've seen him before in concert and really
enjoyed it. Not true for last night (5/23/18) in Louisville though.

YUM CENTER, MAY 23, 2018
Alison Krauss was wonderful. She played about hour and twenty
minutes.
Willie was a huge disappointment. I assumed by him still touring, he
could, still sing and perform. He talked in a slurred voice most of the
words and the song selection was odd nothing really flowed. The band
played instructionals several times. He was on stage just short of an
hour. People around us actually left. It was just sad to see a legend
struggle so badly on stage.

WILLIE HAS NOTHING LEFT
I saw Willie in Camp Verde 7 years ago and he couldn't show up on time, couldn't play and couldn't sing. The comment "Keep in mind that he's 80" doesn't make his concert better. With any other name, he wouldn't have been hired for a show. People were yelling "We love you, Willie!" Four songs later they were walking out with half the crowd. The sad thing isn't that he got old; it's that he must know that people will walk out after paying. Save your money and buy his album. Otherwise, give it to him for charity or memories, but not for a performance.
