Don’t waste your money. You’ll end up paying at least $40 per ticket just to watch a closed caption of the movie. No live action, no effort on a sing along, just watching the movie. You can do this with friends in your driveway at home way cheaper.

SO MUCH POTENTIAL!
Not worth the money. It’s actually a crime to be charging the prices they did for this event. The advertising was deceiving. You would think even if there were no characters on stage that there might be photo opportunities or something more interactive. 7:30pm for a Disney movie?! And than intermission and 40 minutes of behind the scenes? By the time the movie started the kids were over it. Should have been much more music focused and not just the movie. Even the Merch. Offerings were terrible. Would not recommend

NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED
So disappointed...false advertising...even my granddaughter who isn't even 5 yet asked why we were just watching a movie...at intermission she asked to go home...who do we complain to?

IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD
Horrible waste of money and very disappointing. This is not a concert or really a sing along. You watch 20 plus minutes of "behind" the scene footage which no kid cares about, then you just sit and watch the movie! No live singers. Don't waste your money!!
Bonnie Wilson from Alpharetta GA
DISAPPOINTING!
Be warned, you are paying to watch the movie. No live action. Just a band on the stage under a screen. What a RIP-OFF! Dispute the charges with your credit card company asap. How hard is it to throw a couple people in costumes for all these kids that are excited to see their favorite characters!??!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
Live concert was NOT the correct description. It was 100% watching a movie but on the songs a stage band played along. No live singers, no live dancers, no added elements. The stage band wasn't even heard since the movie track was playing. Literally watched a movie. Disney should be ashamed of themselves on this one. RIP off!

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
Please save yourself some time. Take that $20 per seat. $80 spent in my case. Throw yourself a movie singalong party at your HOUSE probably way funner and cheaper. That’s exactly what this was. A sing a long playing the whole movie with CAPTIONS. Not even the whole movie just looong parts of the movie and the songs. It was so disappointing. The venue was good because it was a concert venue that’s always good. The show was terrible and they played a video with a behind the scenes video that was uninteresting for kids and soo long. It was terrible. I would rate 0 if I could. We left early because the KIDS wanted to leave.

COMPLETELY AWFUL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
This was very misleading!!! I wish I could negative stars for this lack of performance! The amount of time it took to talk about the behind the scenes and history lost all the kids interest! It was a complete waste of time, gas, and money!!!! I would rather watched it in the comfort of my home instead of out in the heat!!!! Disney really pulled a fast one on all of us, and we should get our money back, it was a complete joke. I would never take my kids to another production like that by them. We left at intermission because the kids were bored, and the whole way out more parents and kids started leaving. Everyone saying the same thing " we could of stayed home and watched the movie!" Don't be fooled!!! We attended the show in Tampa, fl

TOTAL RIP-OFF
What crap! Paid over $300 for three tickets to watch the Encanto movie on a screen basically. No live singing or dancing and a lack luster band. Shameful that the first 20 minutes was a directors behind the scenes view as it’s hard enough to get kids 5 and under to sit still for even 10 minutes. If that was enough they had the nerve to have a 20 minute intermission which could’ve been longer but we exited at that point along with so many other families. The only thing worse than wasting the money was the look of disappointment on my kids face who was so excited to sing and dance. Shameful and they should offer refunds!!

ZERO EFFORT
This was a total waste of money. There was nothing that made it special. No lights, nothing. You can watch the movie at home for the same effect.

ENCANTO SCAM
Let me start of by saying how this could not have been a Disney production!!!!!!!!!! Paid $94 a seat to sit 4 rows from the stage thinking my kids will have the ultimate Encanto experience for their 1st concert. I'm still trying to figure out who was live??? NOT THE BAND!!! They were sad and played with no excitement. Where were the entertainers to get the kids involved with the sing a long. WHAT WAIT WE ARE WATCHING THE MOVIE FROM BEGINNING TO END WITH THE CAPTION ON FOR THE KIDS TO SIGN!!!!!!!!!! WTF. I wanted to to boo the whole damn show but I was there for the kids. I purchased 13 tickets which is over $1000 to watch a movie that came out almost a year ago. We could have saw this on IMAX for $25. It's a shame that they were charging different prices for seat as if it was a real show. Hell they had a VIP section (FOR WHAT????). Who are they paying?? There was no cast. We should get a refund or we should get paid bc we did all the work to entertain the kids.
Phil from New York, New York
WASTE
I cant believe disney name is on this .. what a joke
