OMG AMAZING!!! BEST REMISSION AND BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER

I was so ecited for this concert I have an love for Alanis that is insaine. I loved every bit of her concert except one thing, Tickets are very expensive for the front row and I would have loved to of have her reach out to us on the lawn .Then I think she should have giving a line for signatures or the swag bags have something she signed. I notice that she gave signatures in the back just would have been nice for her to show love to the lawn. I will always love the Godess of the 90s and she will forver be in my heart.

Alanis performed awesome, she is so talented, the concession service absolutely sucked!!! I was third in a line and waited 30 minutes to order. This has to be done with a faster pace than this, it was absolutely the worst concession ever!!!

ROCKED OUT

Saw Alanis Morissette and Garbage at merry weather post on Aug31st 2021. Garbage came on strong and finished even stronger! The band was focused and tight and they rocked!! Alanis had a tough act to follow and follow she did. Every note was right on. Excellent song selection with powerful vocals and music. Along with harmonica, she played guitar on two songs. 26 year old songs sounded fresh and energized. Venue was nice, a bit of a walk from parking area though. I highly recommend seeing this tour , Garbage and Alanis both seem to be at their peak !!!!

What can one say. Alanis was incredible. Energetic, spot on with vocals and smiling and happy the whole time. Do not listen to the people that are accusing her of lip syncing. It is called good Mic control when you can hold the microphone away from your mouth and still sound like its right there. She just has amazing pipes. when you know nothing about music , you make accusations. She was spot on at this show and very crowd engaging. Well worth my money for sure. I must also say that having never really heard of Garbage, they were also fantastic and I am going to check them out more.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE

I feel like I was at a different concert than the reviews above. I thought garbage was OK maybe not my thing but I went to have a girls night not a huge fan of alanis and I left absolutely loving her loving that she shared her story and also had alot to share about God and love. she is an amazing performer. I would definitely go again. she was amazing!

ALANIS MORISSETTE & GARBAGE @HOLLYWOOD AMPHITHEATER

The person who opened the show was no one I'd heard of before, but Garbage Rocked their show!! it's hard to believe she is 55 yo. Alanis Morissette was as always AMAZING!!! I'm not sure I like the blond hair, and you could tell that she has babies now... she's not rail thin and has boobs now. She got a little winded between songs, but she did not use a voice trak!!! It was all her, and I will always love her music!! She dance and did her signature spinning on Undecided to end show, and it was beautiful! I have seen her in concert about 14 times in 3 different states, and as long as she comes close I will continue to see her no matter how old we get I will stil go to her concerts!

I saw Alanis in the 4th row of the pit last week in The Woodlands, TX. She was amazing from beginning to end. She sang her heart out… all of it 100% live. If like me, you are skeptical… go and see her perform. A true artist.

AMAZING

The show was unbelievable. Beginning with Megan and then Joan Jett really rocked the house! Alanis was as great as when I saw her in the 90’s she sounded exactly the same. I brought my 16 year old to see her first concert (she likes Alanis just like her mom) and it was great! Thanks Alanis for the music I have loved for for almost 30 years and will continue to love for the rest of my days.

MORGAN WADE

I've never heard of her and thought she was a country singer. She was amazing and enjoyed her performance. Joan Jett opens for everyone and she was good but maybe look at retiring. Would've been so much better with Wade . I'm a fan now please don't get greedy like these other artists and be true to your fans. You were awesome!!

NOT THE BEST

Well, she wasn't lip syncing . . . because she messed up the words to one of her first songs and started over. Got it together after that and did great. She does hold the mic well away from her face resulting in intermittent sound quality though. Great music, incredible song writing, and an amazing talent. But live show could have been better.

ALANIS WAS FANTASTIC, BUT JUST SAY NO TO DIAMOND VIP EXPERIENCE

4th time seeing Alanis Morissette live with my wife. We went all out with the Diamond VIP Experience and 5th row center seats. It started with a 45-minute wait at the VIP entrance in 95-degree heat with no water offered. Only about 25 of us—can't they spend $5 on a 24-pack of water? The backstage tour began with a stern lecture about no picture-taking and staying in line. We spent 5 minutes in the parking lot looking at trucks and buses, then a 60 second run backstage. The tour ended in the VIP Lounge, a tent with no ventilation or AC. The VIP Premium Merch Package included a notepad and cheap plastic coasters—no useful items like a koozie or shirt. Maybe I'd keep them if Alanis signed them. Despite this, the seats were awesome. Alanis sounds fantastic and has high energy throughout the concert. Midway, she performed on a stage near the lawn seats, which was cool for those back there but disappointing for us in the orchestra seats as we missed her slower ballads. Kinda disappointing.

ALANIS MORISSETTE AT MT. WINERY 9/28/18

I hate writing this review because I love Alanis Morissette’s music. Unfortunately, she appeared to be sick and was obviously losing her voice so her vocals didn’t even sound like her throughout the entire show. Her set only lasted 70 minutes, which was also quite shocking. Get well Alanis. We love you.

LIP SYNCING ALANIS

Just saw Alanis and Garbage from the front row in West Palm Beach. Garbage and Shirley rocked tight and solid for an hour. She was dynamic and in control just like all the other times I have seen her! Coulda watched them all night! However, Alanis had to come on proceeded by a bizarre video of her life: My World and Welcome to it!?!? WTF?!?! Then she proceeded to lip-synch every song for the next hour! while playing a distracting video on a big screen behind her??? Was so disgusted I left early! Such a bummer to pay money for a “Millie Vanillie” rape of music….

Saw Alanis in Atlanta tonight and she was clearly very high on drugs, grinding her teeth and she was lip syncing badly the entire time. People paid a lot of money for those tickets. I hope she gets through whatever it is she's going through. Much love.

LIP SYNCING AT ITS WORST

Am I the only person that noticed that Alanis Morrisett allegedly lipsync’d most if not all of her concert?? Really disappointed and changed my opinion of her completely. That someone who is extremely talented apparently would stoop so low is amazing to me and do this to loyal fans who scraped up hard earned money. If Merriweather had any idea it’s really disappointing.

OMG! I spent a lot of money to be in the first couple of rows only to watch her pathetic attempt to lip synch. Thank you disillusionment ……I’d say. So sad and so bummed as I was a huge fan, rented a car and dragged my husband. We left after her second song as it was so bad. Garbage was amazing!

Went with my daughter who was a huge fan. She was so upset because after the first couple of songs we were trying to figure out if she was lip syncing. We stayed for most of the show, but bailed quickly when she started her encore. GARBAGE was outstanding and definitely worth seeing! I told my daughter it wasn't a total loss and to pray for Alanis Morissette for whatever she might be going through.

I COULD HAVE PLAYED MY ALBUM

Had a blast being back to DTE even with rain delay but I expected a live concert. It seemed she was lip syncing or singing to back track?! Others speculated she was sick and it was a make up concert so maybe she just needed the show to go on. I would have stayed home though!!

Alanis Morissette's performance was so bizarre. Her lip syncing was as if she didn't care that we all knew. She just ran side to side on stage, never facing the crowd, never engaging, never really entertaining. She came out for her first song all winded like she had been preforming all night and it was the encore. Her outfit was very odd, even for her. It was such a disappointment! Even if this was a free concert (which it was not!!) it was very sad. I stood in the front 2 rows, Everyone around me kept looking at other concert goers in disbelief. Really really disappointment!
