This was my 3rd show that I have gone to see of this amazing man. We paid a lot of money to see Andrea. There was zero mention in any of the promotions that this was to be a Christmas show nor did we have any idea that we would be sitting through more than a couple of songs sung solo by his children or of the Soprano Diva that he included in his show. Not what we paid for. The Philharmonic was spectacular as always but again, we did not buy tickets to hear the Philharmonic play a few songs on their own without Andrea. He did not sing any of the amazing songs we have all come to love. In closing, I feel like I got ripped off. That is the last time I will pay to see him.

I spent over $600 for 2 tickets. I live in OC. It took us 6 hrs to arrive to the concert. The traffic was fine until we started to get off the exit. It took us over 3 hrs from the exit to the hollywood bowl. Then there was no parking whatsoever. We finally found a parking mikes away were we walked to the hollywood bowl. When we got to the concert we arrived at 9 pm and heard 5 songs. Three were Andrea Boccelli himself. I was so disappointed. I swore not another concert at the hollywood bowl because of the unorganization. Never in my life have I experienced this chaos. Talk to you feel they oversold the concert. People said they arrived by 4 and no parking available. I was so excited for the concert but left very disappointed and frustrated. I feel I should get refunded or have the opportunity to attend another concert for free with 5 stars service. Not worth the time or money.

The lines to enter the arena were AWFUL. We needed to look for many ways to finally find a way to get in before it started. Disappointed with numerous artists that weren't billed as part of the program. Did not pay that kind of money for unknown artist on stage frequently. Thrrecwas no reporte with audience. The screens to show the singers were disappointing. Three screens, two small one large and the majority of the time there was just scenic videos playing in middle screen making it difficult to see the performer for most viewers due to seat location. And how can you have a concert without singing your most popular song(s). An introduction into the meaning of the song would have been appreciated.

We paid a lot of money, expecting an Andrea Bocelli concert. What we saw last night was a mix of various opera (etc) singers and only a splattering of Andrea Bocelli. We can't argue the fact that Mr. Bocelli still has the most incredibly beautiful, chills-up-your spine voice BUT we heard too little of it last night. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The show started late and there was a 20 minute break only a few songs into the show. Concert promoters should be clearer about what you are going to get.

I booked Andrea Bocelli's tickets over 6 months in advance as a surprise to my husband and wasted the few grand spent (no Pavarotti). The crowd will not be greeted or thanked (we should be so honored to watch him); however, Bocelli will speak to the crowd to promote his son. This after singing stereotypical Italian songs for almost the entire show and hardly any of his hits or new songs from his newly released album. Bocelli's voice will never sound the same again, after being chilled by his cold-hearted performance. Clearly, Bocelli's current wife knows how to make him look warm with the videos created that surround his family and that's where it ends. Bocelli never even thanked the orchestra or the conductor who helped him and no intro to the performers. I truly wasted our time and $$. Bocelli is nothing w/out David Foster on the stage, they underestimated the need for this, & Bocelli's team needs to correct him. Treat a crowd the way you would treat family, Bocelli! NEVER AGAIN!

AT&T Center in San Antonio Texas is inappropriate venue for opera singing. For somebody who comes from Europe is it a slap on the face and money to drain. The venue is very big, bad parking navigation, sits are tiny and passages are narrow. Just imagine people eating popcorn and nachos and drinking beer next to you. As to Bocelli concert, I have never walked out from the half of the concert before. Booooring arias Mr. Bocelli and half of those sang by choir and another opera singer. It is a rip off and money not well earned by you. It is on you and your team. I was hard core fan of yours, I guess "it is time to say goodbye".

We expected to see an icon in concert. Instead we saw a performer who left the stage every 10 minutes and had people filling in for him while he was off stage. His European concerts are twice the length and include twice as many songs. I did not pay to see a flute player playing for three songs or to hear the orchestra without Bocelli. This was a Bocelli concert not Bocelli (sometimes)and friends ! I have sometimes brushed my teeth for longer than his first set .
