San Francisco Ballet's penultimate Program of it's 83rd season includes a 20th Century classic from George Balanchine, Themes and Variations. Along side this piece from one of dance's most important figures is an as yet un-titled world premiere from new boy wonder Justin Peck, and Drink to Me Only with Thine Eyes from Mark Morris.

Drink to Me On with Thine Eyes
Richly complex choreography made this quirky and innovative ballet at hit upon its 1988 debut, and it continues to delight now. Set to 13 piano etudes by Virgil Thompson, Morris plays at distorting classical position with humour and elegance.
